Returns

We are quite sure you will love your Girl on the Run goods, however, if you change your mind and wish to return your goods to us for a refund, please do so within 7 days of receipt, also please e-mail us @ sales@girlontherunltd.co.uk marked “Returns” to let us know that you no longer require your goods, so we can look out for the return. Please return the goods unused and as received with full details for refund. (we will include a goods returns note with all orders, please ensure this is in your returned package). We will not take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post so please send all returns by registered delivery. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have shipped you the wrong item or damaged goods.

 

Please e-mail sales@girlontherunltd.co.uk within 7 days if you would like to exchange items should there be a problem with fit or style. Items returned after the 7 day period and ANY items returned without notice will not be accepted.

 

If you item has been custom made for you then please note before ordering and payment that it is non-returnable and so non-refundable, unless the item is damaged. As we will have booked you in for several fittings alone the way, please don’t be shy with us, as once made we are unable to except a return.
